How do I place an order?

To place an order on our website, simply add the items you’d like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once you’ve entered your shipping information and chosen a payment method, you’ll be able to review and confirm your order before submitting it for processing. Thanks for shopping at Tech Zote 🙂

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mpesa, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over Ksh. 2,000. For orders under Ksh. 2,000, we charge a flat rate of Ksh. 300 for standard shipping within the Kenya.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We generally do not restock items that are out of stock. However, if an item is popular and there is high demand for it, we may consider restocking it in the future.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 4pm GMT +3 will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm GMT +3 or on Sunday will ship the next business day.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns on digital products or sale items.
